Hello and welcome to Bleu Salon! 

Our goal is to provide services that can make you look beautiful and feel great. We use Redken, Pureology, and Mizani hair care products for our services so we can provide exactly what you want from our experienced staff members.

Your appointment at Bleu Salon is reserved especially for you and we do our best to be mindful of both your time and ours. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and have implemented the below policies to better serve our clients and staff.

Please read through these policies thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions. 

 If you are new to our salon, or it has been over 2 years since your last appointment with us, we require a $50 deposit for any services over 1 hour on your first visit.

This deposit is added to your client profile and will be applied to your total at the time of check-out.

If you are a new client and book your appointment online we will give you a call to complete the $50 deposit. If we are unable to connect with you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will change the appointment to a consultation only and we will have to make another future appointment to accommodate you if the stylist no longer has the necessary time available to complete the services. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving adequate notice our salon misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, we send text/email reminders 4 days, 48 hours, and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation via these reminders we also call the day prior to your appointment to confirm via telephone.

We ask if you must cancel to provide 48 hours notice. As of July 31, 2024, we have implemented the below “three strikes” policy regarding cancellations:

• First cancellation/rescheduling (within 48 hours) is on us, we all get busy and have unexpected changes to our schedule. 
• Second cancellation/rescheduling (within 48 hours) will require a $50 deposit for next booking; if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled again this deposit will be forfeit to the stylist.
• Third cancellation/rescheduling (within 48 hours) will require a deposit of the FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICES to be provided; if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled again this deposit will be forfeit to the stylist.

While we understand some clients may be hesitant, putting this policy into effect allows time for our staff to alert other waiting clients of openings available to them. It also allows us to keep our stylists’ schedules filled and allow them to better serve their clients.
